Job Accountablities
  • Coordinate & Provide Quick Solutions to complaints of customers / wealth planners / brokers
  • Handling Various types of customer inquiries & advising customers on claim intimations. 
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in relation to recording accident descriptions 
  • Adherence to predetermined service levels in respect of answering calls to meet service level and reduce abandon calls
Job Specifictation
  • A sound Educational background with good (A/L) results 
  • Minimum one year experience in call centre would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to speak Tamil will be an additional advantage
