- Coordinate & Provide Quick Solutions to complaints of customers / wealth planners / brokers
- Handling Various types of customer inquiries & advising customers on claim intimations.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in relation to recording accident descriptions
- Adherence to predetermined service levels in respect of answering calls to meet service level and reduce abandon calls
- A sound Educational background with good (A/L) results
- Minimum one year experience in call centre would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to speak Tamil will be an additional advantage
